Chung graduated from the department of Electro-optical Engineering of National United University, the former United College of Technology and Commerce. With the expertise in the optoelectronics and glass material, Chung has foreseen the market trend of the optoelectronic glass wildly used in the electronic products. Chung established Gtoc with the support of the co-founder Jung Hua Chung, the Honorary Chairman and General Manager.
