Chairman & CEO

Mr. Jeff Hsu , Chairman , received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Having served as an engineer at Motorola, a senior executive at Applied Materials, Deputy General Manager of Chimei Electronics, and Chairman and General Manager of TDI (Taiwan Display Corporation). He has extensive experience in the photovoltaic industry chains across Taiwan , China, and Japan.

General Manager

Mr. M.N. Hung, General Manager, holds a degree from the Graduate Institute of Chemical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University. With over thirty years of profound experience in the technology sector, he possesses deep expertise in process R&D alongside a broad vision for high-level operational management. His technical leadership spans TFT-LCD displays, advanced semiconductor packaging, and precision optoelectronic glass processing. Having served as a senior executive at several of Taiwan’s leading listed technology firms, General Manager Hung has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in global strategic planning and the vertical integration of cross-border supply chains. Throughout his career, he has personally guided the industry’s technological migration from micrometers (μm) to nanometers (nm). Looking ahead, he will spearhead the company’s expansion from traditional displays into smart automotive and emerging semiconductor applications, serving as a pivotal driver of industrial technological advancement and digital transformation.
