2017
Alliance with Kinestral Technologies Inc. (KTI) to develop the state-of-the-art high-tech architectural glass market with energy-saving glass.
2014
Announced forming a strategic alliance with Corning Inc for working together to produce 3D Forming Glass.
No. 3 factory of green architectural glass processing in Miaoli was officially opened.
2013
Established the green architecture business, entering architectural energy-efficient glass market.
2012
Established China subsidiary GTOC Chengdu.
Expanded the Anti-reflective Coating production line in the STSP plant.
Began producing 3D Forming Glass.
2011
Mass-produced small and medium-sized Cover Glass.
Filed for the initial public offering and the application was approved by the Review
Committee of Taiwan Stock Exchange.
2010
Established the second factory in STSP.
Formed the operation headquarter and research center in Miaoli.
Established China subsidiary GTOC Shenzhen.
2009
Completed new ITO factory and entered into mass production.
Adopted ITO coating manufacturing process.
Established the first factory in Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) and formed Gtoc STSP subsidiary.

Established China subsidiary Win World Opto-Glass (Don Guan) Co., Ltd.
Adopted G5 ultra-large glass substrate/TFT-LCD panel polishing technology.
Adopted G5 glass substrate cutting and grinding process.

Mass-produced physical etching.
Produced IC package glass processing.
Through the private placement to increase the capital and went into strategic partnership with HonHai, which had formally become the shareholder of the company.

Developed glass slimming technology.
Developed and mass-produced chemical etching and polishing technology.
Developed physical etching technology (with HonHai-SHZBG).

Became the outsourcing vender of TFT CF recycling grinding and polishing service.
Redesigned the manufacturing facilities and the production line to improve the production efficiency.

Started mass-producing LCD TV Cover Lens and became the largest professional provider by capacity in Taiwan.
2001
Formally changed the company name to 'G-TECH Optoelectronics Corp.'
Corporated with oversea venders for developing large-sized thin glass polishing technology and established TFT LCD optoelectronic glass cutting and polishing production line.
Achieved the Millennium version of ISO-9001 certification for quality of its products.
2000
Successful developed thin glass polishing technology and completed STN LCD optoelectronic glass processing production line.
Ritek Group invested Gtoc for owing 50% share. Executed capacity expansion construction.
1999
Completed thin glass cutting line and began producing the optoelectronics glass used for TN LCD and touch panel.
1996
Gtoc was established with a capital of NT$ 26 million dollars.
Focus on manufacturing architectural glass as well as optical glass used for scanner, copy machine, flat-panel display, etc.
